Svaka na\u0161a emocija popra\u0107ena je odre\u0111enom mimikom: smijemo se kad smo sretni, mr\u0161timo kad smo zabrinuti ili ljuti, di\u017eemo obrve kada smo iznena\u0111eni itd.<\/p><p>\u201cBore neka idu tamo gdje su bili osmijesi\u201d ili \u201cStarenje bora tijelo, a odustajanje du\u0161u\u201d, samo su neki od pro-age citata s kojima bih se slo\u017eila.<\/p><p>Sve \u0161to je rezultat emocije, \u010dovjeku je prirodno izraziti kroz mimiku, me\u0111utim ono \u0161to nije prirodno vec nau\u010deno su navike. Navikavamo se na \u0161to\u0161ta pogre\u0161nog u \u017eivotu pa tako i na suvi\u0161nu mimiku koja nije odraz trenutnog emotivnog stanja, a koja \u0107e kasnije, nakon mjeseci ili godina repeticije, rezultirati promjenama na licu s kojima uglavnom nismo zadovoljni: dinami\u010dkim naborima na ko\u017ei, asimetrijom ili sli\u010dnim.<\/p><h4>Postarujemo se lo\u0161im navikama<\/h4><p>Zapitajte se: Koliko ste puta danas u komunikaciji podigli obrve!? Koliko dugo sjedili namr\u0161teni pred ra\u010dunalom!?<\/p><p>Ako ste se prepoznali u odgovorima na ova pitanja, ako ste primijetili da navedene ekspresije \u010dinite \u010desto, to zna\u010di da vam je lice \u010desto u kontrakciji koja uop\u0107e nije potrebna: di\u017eete obrvu a ne \u010dudite se, namr\u0161teni ste makar niste ljuti.<\/p><p>\u010cine\u0107i ovakve ili sli\u010dne nesvjesne ekspresije lica, mi se preuranjeno postarujemo. Ve\u0107ina dinami\u010dkih nabora na ko\u017ei lica, poput npr. vodoravnih linija na \u010delu, vertikalnih izme\u0111u obrva ili linija oko o\u010diju, rezultat je \u010dinjenice da se aktivan mi\u0161i\u0107 skra\u0107uje te povla\u010di ko\u017eu \u010dime na njoj stvara nabore. Takvo dugogodi\u0161nje aktiviranje mi\u0161i\u0107a dovodi do toga da on mijenja svoju du\u017einu i oblik \u0161to u estetskom smislu zna\u010di da se na\u0161a ko\u017ea, koja prati misi\u0107 koji je na nju vezan, zadr\u017eava u naboranom stanju. Dodajmo k tome ostale degenerativne promjene u drugim tkivima lica, ponajvi\u0161e one koje utje\u010du na smanjenu proizvodnju elastina i kolagena, svojim smo navikama starenju po\u017eeljeli dobrodo\u0161licu.<\/p><p>Dobra vijest je da se navike mogu promijeniti, a preuranjeno postarivanje zaustaviti. Istina, to jest najizazovniji dio posla, no nije nemogu\u0107, a ve\u0107 u nastojanju da se promijene navike koje dovode do nastanka nabora na ko\u017ei, u\u010diniti \u0107emo prvi vazan korak u korekciji onog \u0161to se u literaturi \u010desto naziva \u201cneestetskim znakovima starenja\u201d.<\/p><p>Upravo je osvje\u0161tavanje i korigiranje navika koje dovode do stvaranja nabora va\u017ean dio metode vje\u017ebanja lica koju sam oblikovala nakon godina izu\u010davanja anatomije starenja lica, ponajvi\u0161e onog aspekta koji je direktno povezan s promjenama du\u017eine, tonusa i funkcija mimi\u010dne muskulature lica te na\u010dina na koje, kombinacijom raznih vrsta kontrakcija, mo\u017eemo utjecati na njihovo unapre\u0111enje. Vje\u017ebe za lice pokazale su se kao za to idealan alat jer njima unapre\u0111ujemo neuromuskularne veze.
