Ro\u0111ena sam u Zagrebu 1978. gdje sam odrasla i \u0161kolovala se.<\/p>

Nakon zavr\u0161enog studija ekonomije i kratke karijere u jednoj osiguravaju\u0107oj ku\u0107i, \u017eivot me odveo u Pariz gdje sam \u017eivjela s obitelji dvanaest godina. U Parizu sam zavr\u0161ila \u0161kolu za rehabilitacijski pilates Polestar pilates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Iako sada predajem pilates i vje\u017ebe za lice, nisam se oduvijek bavila sportom.<\/p>

Kao ve\u0107ini, i meni je vje\u017eba oduvijek zna\u010dila \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e tijelo i lak\u0161e gubljenje kalorija, ni\u0161ta vi\u0161e od toga, sve dok mi, u kasnim dvadesetima, bolovi u kralje\u017enici nisu po\u010deli predstavljati problem. U po\u010detku su se povremeno javljali, kasnije sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e i intenzivnije.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sje\u0107am se kako, voze\u0107i na posao, nisam mogla okrenuti glavu, a alarm za uzbunu odzvonio je onog dana kada sam, poku\u0161avaju\u0107i navu\u0107i dol\u010devitu preko glave, zaplakala od boli koju je ta radnja prouzro\u010dila. Kako sam tada vrijeme uglavnom provodila u stanu s djetetom, nije mi preostalo puno izbora nego da posegnem za online treninzima. Upisav\u0161i u tra\u017eilicu \u201cvje\u017ebe za kralje\u017enicu\u201d, me\u0111u prvim rezultatima pojavile su se pilates vje\u017ebe. Ostalo je povijest, mogla bih jednostavno zavr\u0161iti pri\u010du, samo \u0161to se, u mom slu\u010daju, pilates pretvorio u moju budu\u0107nost.<\/p>

Nekoliko godina kasnije, upisala sam \u0161kolu Polestar Pilates u Parizu u studiju Equilibre Pilates \u010duvene francuske mentorice i osniva\u010dice Federacije pilates instruktora u Francuskoj Yaelle Penkohoss. Njezino mentorstvo prepuno znanja i ljubavi prema ovoj vje\u0161tini u meni je budilo volju da se trudim i radim, makar je ponekad bilo izazovno. Jedina u grupi nisam imala ba\u0161 nikakvog sportskog iskustva; oko mene su bili plesa\u010di i gimnasti\u010dari, profesori sporta i kinezioterapeuti, no nisam odustala i danas sam certificirani instruktor pilatesa.<\/p>

Usporedno s pilatesom, ve\u0107 vi\u0161e od desetlje\u0107a ustrajem u jednoj drugom obliku vje\u017ebanja \u2013 metodi vje\u017ebanja lica. Interes za metodu vje\u017ebanja lica po\u010deo je u ranim tridesetima kada sam primjetila prve znakove starenja poput borica oko o\u010diju, blage ptoze kapaka te asimetrije izme\u0111u lijeve i desne strane lica. Istra\u017euju\u0107i prirodne metode njege, nai\u0161la sam na nekoliko \u010dlanaka o metodi vje\u017ebanja lica. Ne\u0161to kasnije sam nabavila programe vje\u017ebi koji su bili dostupni na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, no kako nijedan od njih nije u potpunosti rije\u0161io navedene promjene, uzela sam stvar u svoje ruke.<\/p>

Iskustvom do spoznaja<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Izu\u010davaju\u0107i specifi\u010dnosti mimi\u010dne muskulature, godinama sam usavr\u0161avala vlastiti program vje\u017ebi za lice. Na vlastitom sam licu testirala vje\u017ebe koje sam osmislila vode\u0107i se znanjima o mi\u0161i\u0107ima sinergistima i antagonistima te u\u010dincima pojedinih vrsta kontrakcija na tkiva lica. Shvatila sam da je asimetrija na mom licu bila rezultat dugogodi\u0161nje dominantne mimike jedne strane lica u odnosu na drugu. U radu s klijentima , prou\u010davaju\u0107i rezultate vje\u017ebi na njihovim licima, radila sam selekciju u\u010dinkovitih i neu\u010dinkovitih vje\u017ebi te do\u0161la do novih zaklju\u010daka poput onog najva\u017enijeg: du\u017eina i funkcija mi\u0161i\u0107a va\u017ene su za o\u010duvanje drugih tkiva lica i, po meni, najva\u017eniji faktor za o\u010duvanje forme mladolikog izgleda lica.<\/p>

Danas je upravo to moj primarni cilj u radu, bilo da se radi o tijelu ili licu: osvijestiti navike, upozoriti na one lo\u0161e koje negativno utje\u010du na zdravlje, kada je tijelo u pitanju, te na na\u0161 izgled, kada je o licu rije\u010d.<\/p>

Trenutno \u017eivim i radim u Zagrebu. Osim kao instruktor pilatesa i vje\u017ebi za lice, sura\u0111ujem s najve\u0107im hrvatskim sportsko-edukativnim projektom Aktivna Hrvatska koji vi\u0161e od desetlje\u0107a na\u0161e sugra\u0111ane podsje\u0107a na va\u017enost zdravog i aktivnog na\u010dina \u017eivota.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
